We are new homeowners in this subdivision and have requested copies of the old covenants and restrictions as well as voting procedures and vote counts of a current change to the covenants and several other items. I made this request via the portal as we should have only to be contacted by a Tommy Jefferson that began the conversation in a very defensive manner. Then he flat out denied giving me the HOA Attorney name and information along with everything else we asked for. Last time we checked not everyone is paying their dues but we did at closing. this is not a way to run an HOA as I have been involved in at least 4 HOA communities over…
